‘Tis the season for high school basketball conference tournaments for our Johnston County schools. It seems, though, that Mother Nature isn’t through mucking up our schedule just yet.
A threat of severe weather on Wednesday has shuffled the deck a bit already, and more upheaval could be coming down the pike. But for now, this is where we are:
Carolina 1A
I doubt those title games will happen on Wednesday, but stranger things have happened.
Neuse 6
Thanks to our pal Jay Poole, we know that the Neuse 6 has already accounted for Wednesday’s potential winter storm.
Quad County 3A
There’s not a Quad County 3A bracket floating around that I’ve been able to find, but we know what the South Johnston boys and girls, as well as the West Johnston girls, are up to.
