North Johnston tennis standout pledges future to William Peace University

North Johnston’s Ben Cuddington, the multi-time reigning Neuse 6 Tennis singles champion, signed with William Peace University recently.

“I would like to thank God for the talent he gave me to play the sport I love,” he said in a press release. “(Thanks to) my mom for always being there, my dad for helping me learn and play the sport and my coaches and everyone I’ve met and been taught by throughout my tennis career. I couldn’t ask for a better coach and team throughout all my years, through all the ups and downs they’ve all been by my side and I thank them for that.”

Cuddington, the son of Stephen Cuddington and Nicola Miller, plans to study Video Game and Interactive Media Design at WPU.
