South Johnston clipped Triton, 5-4, in round one before falling 6-0 to Terry Sanford in round two on Monday. West Johnston fell in the opening round to West Carteret, 7-2, and Smithfield-Selma lost to No. 2 seed Fike, 9-0, in the first round.

Holly Springs took down Clayton, 5-1, in round one; Cleveland bowed out, 9-0, to No. 3 Broughton and Corinth Holders fell to Green Level, 9-0, in round one.
