I’m filing this from windy Pensacola today, as I am in town for a family funeral. As such, Monday Morning Quarterback might be more of a Thursday Morning Throwback.
Not to worry, playoff brackets won’t be out until Nov. 9, since we’ve added a week to allow our friends in Western N.C. to get those makeup games in.
The short version? Cleveland, Clayton, Princeton, North Johnston, Corinth Holders and West Johnston are in. South Johnston is projected to miss out, and ALA is playing a game at Northern Durham this week.
Did I mention that winter sports start today? Wow. This year is flying by.
