Women’s tennis

North Johnston will host its first-round 2A East playoff match with West Bladen today at 4, Green Level visits Corinth Holders (4A) and Clayton entertains Holly Springs (4A). Meanwhile, South Johnston plays at Triton (3A), West Johnston plays at West Carteret (3A), Smithfield-Selma visits Fike (3A) and Cleveland visits Broughton (4A).

Cleveland visits Clayton for the Greater Neuse River 4A tournament championship tonight at 6.

As for the Quad County 3A, I can’t find a bracket anywhere. But I do know that West Johnston is playing at Hunt tonight for that tournament crown. Ditto for the Neuse Six, but a little sleuthing tells me that Princeton is hosting Goldsboro tonight for that title as well.
