Basketball season came to a close over the weekend, as Neuse Charter, West Johnston and Clayton fell in the third round of the North Carolina High School Athletic Association Boys’ Basketball Playoffs. That wraps up the transition from winter to spring for Johnston County schools, and there’s a slew of those offerings on tap for this week.
