A few Johnston County players eared all-state recognition from the folks at High School OT. Cleveland’s Jackson Byrd was an honorable mention on offense, while Clayton’s KeShawn Stancil and Cleveland’s Sawyer Lowe were second-team defense members. Cleveland’s Cameron Melvin and Clayton’s Codie Witmer were honorable mentions on defense and Clayton’s Chris Mejia was third-team all-state at kicker.
