Earlier this year, South clipped CBA, 17-6, on March 19 in Pikeville. Reese Penny drove in six and had three hits while Randi Deese, Ava Strickland and Olivia Crumpler combined for 7 RBI in the win. CBA was upset by East Wake on 4-16, 2-1.
